I am a Guest star Actor on New Age Sewage (Facebook.com/ThomasRayActor) and wanted to talk about the genesis of my "Lorenzo" Character. We originally envisioned him as just another free Spirit stoner who lives in Venice,CA. He was going to be in a tie dyed tee shirt, cutoffs and fliip flops. We then decided that he was really a "Life Coach" and would be revered and thus the robe and stature.Enjoy the episode.Tom Facebook.com/ThomasRayActor

Venice, California and the Venice Canals Historical District, home to hippies, beat poets, the arts, and in many respects, the birthplace of the new age movement, served as a backdrop to "New Age Sewage," our satire on what we see as the dysfunction of new ageism. But I'll let the piece speak for itself. I'll just comment on the experience of shooting at the canals. The Canals, for someone who's never seen them, aren't anything near what they were intended to be, a replication of the canals in Venice, Italy ... but they're special nevertheless ... originally Venice was a kind of Amusement Park which the canals served as an additional attraction ... today, multi-million dollar homes (boy, how things change) sit on the canals. I hope we captured a glimpse of this marvelous historical site for those who've never been to enjoy. Thanks for watching, Michael Arturo, Double Espresso.
